About CEO
Jason R. Todd, founder and CEO of CENPAMIL, is a retired U.S. Army Officer and a Service-Disabled Veteran. He served as an UH-60 Blackhawk and C-12 pilot, and Psychological Operations NCO, bringing exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking to CENPAMIL. Jason’s vision is to deliver high-quality construction materials and services while promoting diversity and inclusion across the industry. Under his leadership, CENPAMIL has become a recognized leader in federal construction projects, offering clients reliability and compliance.
